Management Buyouts

The exiting shareholders being the vendor come to us for a proposed management buyout for one or all of the following reasons:

The management team being the purchaser come to us for a proposed management buyout for one or all of the following reasons:

to obtain valuation advice on business that they are purchasing.

- the purchase price for the acquisition; and,
- the projected growth of the business.
to obtain our independent advice on the proposed management buyout as it is being undertaken.
